• Go to https://www.bcidaho.com/idaho

• Click MEMBER LOGIN, to either LOGIN or Register an account

• To register account, click on register and follow prompts. They ask for email address, member ID number (that can be found on top left of insurance card), DOB, and zip code, then you are asked to create username and password (I use email address as username for ease of use, make sure to write down username and password for ease of future use) Hit continue, then they will send you a verification link to the email address you provided. After you click verification link, you will be asked to login with username and password you just created. After that you are able to navigate site and search for in-network providers (we are a PPO group)
