Brother Alex Jumonville Building Trades Journeyman UA CARD#951213 Brother Jumonville was born July 8th, 1942 and passed on March 26th, 2021 due to renal failure. Brother Jumonville was initiated into UA Local 198 Baton Rouge LA on January 16th, 1967 as a Building Trades Steamfitter Apprentice and turned out as a Building Trades Journeyman Pipefitter on May 27th, 1975. Brother Jumonville transferred to UA Local 296 on October 4th, 1995 and worked for over 38 years until his retirement on July 1st, 2005. Over the years, Brother Jumonville worked for several contractors during the Micron Semiconductor expansion. He loved to travel and meet new brothers and sisters around the country. He and his wife Sue were enjoying life during retirement, taking trips with friends home to Louisiana, Las Vegas and out to North Carolina to see their grandkids, where they recently moved to be closer to family. We will miss Alex’s incredible sense of humor, wit, and wisdom, but most of all, his friendship and brotherhood to us all. My you rest in peace Brother Jumonville. |
